VISA participation in the IRS credit card program was announced Wednesday. Taxpayers now may use any of the four major credit cards--VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card--for federal tax payments. (JCC) Mark.. the things happening debt-wise are unprecedented.. Without a doubt there will be a real depression in the not too distant future. Nothing is more captive than debt.. And the powers that be refuse to tell the patient what he really NEEDS to hear as we are all entwined in this debt spiral.. Rashid
