9:28 (Dow Jones) After meeting with Dell Computer (DELL) bigwigs recently, UBS Warburg keeps buy rating, saying it would be more aggressive if not for valuation concerns. Firm says Dell's overall tone on demand was cautious, with confidence for pickup in corporate spending this spring now slipping into the fall timeframe. One definite positive for investors, UBS says, is the likelihood the company will leverage a good cash position and strong cash flows to systematically lower share count. Price target is $32.50. Dell closed Wednesday at $26.92. (TG)
