FWIW, VZ probably has the best network and customer service. However, the rate plans are very pricey. As much as I am unhappy with PCS, they are the only company for a single price service in the CDMA group. I never knew what to expect when I (used to) open a VZ statement.

After the 3rd charge, it is considered fraud. Conviction is fairly simple.

About two years ago they tried to bill everyone who was a Verizon customer $4.60 for long distance service. then they provided a customers service number which was ALWAYS busy for you to argue about it. After 3 months, I got a bill collector call.

After 9 months, the attorney general got involved and they had to not only pay everyone back but they had to pay penalties.

I got a random bill from ATT Wireless 2 years ago on a creidt card statement. The same month, I got one from Comcast. I never got the damned thing resolved. It ended up costing me a few hundred bucks. The worst part is that my bank wouldn't reverse the charge because I didn't notice it for a few months.

why not simply cancel the credit card, then re-issue it?
if in good standing, any MC firm would accommodate
end of problem
just like a lost credit card
