Have you ever taken the time to read about the Tafero case?

Here is one site favorable to him:

lairdcarlson.com

Note that Jacobs was not "found innocent," she was released on a plea-bargain.

Note that Rhodes handed the gun to Tafero after the shooting so that he (Rhodes) could drive the stolen patrol car.

Tafero has the gun now. Did he use it to stop Rhodes from all the further mayhem?

The most Tafero would have gotten out of an overturned conviction was a new trial. And in the new trial he would have been easily convicted again under the felony murder law.

He would have been convicted because he was clearly a participant in numerous felonies that involved a double-murder of police officers. He would have convicted because he was clearly guilty, not innocent. He might well have gotten the death penalty a second time. Because he was clearly GUILTY.Because he was not "INNOCENT"!!

If you can't see the facts before your eyes, or are simply in a state of denial, there's nothing more to talk about.
