but so is history's data based on trailing earnings,so this puts SPX in severely inflated status. Plus by the time herd goes running in on the forward near invariably overly optimistic earning estimates and jacks market up by the time you get there your P/E will still be in severely inflated territory. Bottomline, by historic measure we are IN FACT still in a major bubble. r.e,this still is as wildly a speculative market in our entire history and must be played(long or short) with that in mind at all times imo.Max
