I frequently saw pairs of men walking down the road holding hands. When I asked about it, I was told that they were "just friends". Yeah. Right. Sure. Whatever. LOL!! I knew enough Arabic to understand when one of them was complaining to another that they wouldn't be able to indulge in group masturbation like they usually did. You know some Arabic, eh? Be careful where you say that. You might find yourself in Afghanistan with the US Army. :-) Maybe there dictionaries define "homosexuality" differently? :-) I also spent some time in Tunisia. They were much more civilized (IMHO) there. The French seemed to do a good job on them. OTOH, I was working with Arabs from all over North Africa and the Middle East. One of their main complaints were that Tunisian men spoiled their women. They were afraid this might spread back home.
