I understand the correct thing to say here is eeeeeeeewwwww (apologies to X if I have too many letters, I figure it's a freeform ejaculation, as it were).

I thought about anaeromoron, or even anamoron (which is a much nicer word), but decided either would be too complex for the targets... LOL.
