I am heading up our annual parish lenten fish fry we serve 500 minimum in 4 hour span. ---------------------------------------- down here in God's country my parish has a fish fry EVERY FRIDAY evening during Lent .... here is the schedule --- Mass at 6:00pm Stations of the Cross at 6:30pm FishFry at 7:00pm so far this year least number of folks fed was 150 and most was 230 ....... and we charge five (5) bucks for the fish ... Mass and Stations are FREE ....... but if we took four hours to get em fed ..... we'd be chunked out into the parking lot ...... hehehehehehe
