And besides, from the date of that post, MSFT has outperformed 95% of ALL tech stocks.

I will boast to tell you that I have one of the best backgrounds in the country, for analyzing the effects and the course of litigation on a company.

listen, any one in their right mind knew what was about to happen to MSFT back in march of 2000.... i said for instance on another message brd at the time.... that anybody thinking that they are investing in MSFT before that judge ruled, has got a serious problem, it was gambling in the highest form, and i said that sharholders had about as good a chance as vegas, and i was being way to kind...... i said that if you lost, at least you'd only have to pay half the taxes on selling the stock later.... and i was right.....

now, why in the world were you in the stock back then before that judge ruled? if you want to boast about knowing about such things? it was so obvious it was painful to watch?

now i'm saying that for the next two months, you people are gambling again, this time you really do have a 50/50 chance though.... but that certainly isn't a good enough reason to be in a stock.......

do you not agree that this is a 50/50 chance for MSFT in this phase?

(not to mention the many private lawsuits).....

and i happened upon your post by looking for something else, i did no search for it......

because it was a new brd for me, i mainly was looking to see if anybody knew what they were talking about on this brd, by finding dates where it was critical and matching that with what people were saying at that critical time...... (just before district court ruling), (just before appeals ruling) etc...
