I thought I did answer you. You were making the point that H and N were now being inhabited. I understand that. But that didn't come for free, it didn't happen overnight, and a lot of people died. In an extreme nuclear accident, you can't say that a few hundred thousand people wouldn't die, we haven't had one yet that went uncontrolled. And I am sure that the areas that are contaminated will be inhabited again, too. But that won't come for free, and that won't happen overnight either.
