No sure about hell breaking loose but if you read the daily chart and infer a head and shoulder bottom pattern.. then history would suggest a move to the headline or to about 21.. with a pause at 14 or so..

respectable move on JNPR this AM -- bullishness moving into the 60 min. -- volume trend reversing -- strong bullish ADX signal developing (yet unresolved in the daily)
