I am a lawyer I will always be one I am even an attorney the fact that I am inactive does not rip the brain cells out of my head that I had when I went to law school, past two bars the first time, and worked as an attorney (because quite frankly that seems to be the inference in your post.) I am many things, and I will continue to be many things. I hope you are many things too. It is, imo, the best way to spend life. I am also a biologist and a writer (even a published writer :-) I am a philosopher and a film critic I am an artist I am many many more things but that gives you some idea I would not limit myself to one thing because that would be...needlessly limiting and silly (of course I don't spend much time sleeping, or watching tv) Gosh, I hope that doesn't sound arrogant. Because I didn't mean it that way. Your post sounded very much like a put down though. And I want to assure you that I am very much what I have always been, even as I become new things.
