I don't think they are a scam in the same vein as HEB. I do think they are putting an awful lot of effort into promoting themselves. According to its latest 10k, Genta had 21 employees as of March, 2001, of which 5 hold doctoral degrees. Meanwhile, according to Etrade they have coverage from 9 analysts, of whom 8 give them various forms of "buy" ratings.

Just where are their priorities?
