There's been some indication of PSX-3 using something ibm is working on. I don't think the ibm engineers are designing for drdram, but anything could happen. PSX-2 of course, uses drdram and will be the principal consumer of drdram chips by july-sep time frame.

XBOX uses ddr today. XBOX2 is likely given to nvidia (or possibly ati [long shot]), both of which do not design for drdram.

nintendo stopped using rdram as of the gamecube. They did not find rdram stable during the initial launch of the nintendo64, but the problem was solved after some effort (like the i820). The articles describing what happened are actually on the rambus website, this is a somewhat watered down version of what happened.

The blame was placed on NEC's shoulders, but there were other versions of the story, and Takeda-san who oversaw the gamecube development, passed over rambus in the gamecube design.
