Re: 1489. I put it in the 'edit' below. this number is the low (March 18) of the first wave down from the 1523 high on the same date into today's low. A break would create an overlap. Can't think why else he would see it as significant.

edit: also, "...NDX turns off again downward at the latest here. In the context of the last Wave v' ' courses to 1.440/45 are then reached."

Pretty cool. NDX today bottomed at 10 am at 1443.17. Not bad.

One thing's for sure...in reading the boards...hardly anyone expecting significant down near-term ...and many expecting some killer rally, with a near-April start...

If we do bust up thru old highs in recent months (don't see how, but some are calling for it), I think we'll see a record-level of bullishness on all indices and sentiment indicators (including % equity ownership)..the boat will truly be fully-loaded at that point..
