-a little metaphysical-

Well here is what I try to do. I try to let the market tell me what it is doing. I ask it "Why are you making a hammer here", "What is its purpose". "are you making a hammer because you want to close above that price point?", "Does this mean you will reverse tomorrow?", "Or are the bears still waiting in the shadows; waiting to go lower tomorrow, and they are 'letting' the bulls have their time". Often times the market does not answer these questions. Often times it answers them later.

but it all comes down to the market; what does it want; what is it doing. I dont think people can try to answer this question; they can only guess or make their best intuitive projection. You will be wrong so many times in your stock trading career; why bothering trying to answer it;

let the market tell you.

Kymar, doesn't what we're seeing on the NDX appear to meet the classic definition of a bullish flag pattern? Looks to me like it will break to the upside tomorrow if we exceed 1500.
