Clawhammer : 67 million transistors

from the same article :
The Hammer, which is an eighth-generation processor, is 103 square mm, versus our seventh generation, which is 80 square mm. [There are] 67 million transistors in the Hammer—67 million transistors in 130-nanometer technology. It’s extraordinary.

max,

Jerry S.: Microsoft WILL support x86-64

Jerry just can't help himself. He just can't keep his mouth shut, and let MSFT announce what and when they need to announce. I think we (investors) got enough hints in the past (prior to the upside interview) that Microsoft is developing Hammer version of Win64.
