I think under other circumstances you could call it a channel or a wedge, but coming as it has after that 5+ point move in the QQQs (the flagpole) it has to be considered a pennant/flag continuation pattern. So if it clears 37 I think we have a good shot at hitting at least 42 eventually. I would only consider it a channel if it kept going like this between the lines for over 20 days.
