Jeff, just wait and see how popular it becomes once they reach the real market, who don't want to bother with owning an MAC.

BTW a much better offer

sonicblue.com;

You can't fit that tank in your shirt pocket:

Player Dimensions:

* 5 3/8" x 3 5/8" x 1 /3/8"
* 10 oz. (including battery)

You really don't understand this product. Do you?

RioRiot digital audio player<<

Don -

The RioRiot looks like a fine product. It competes well with iPod in some respects, offering larger capacity and an FM tuner.

It doesn't compete well with iPod in not having a FireWire interface, and it's far larger and heavier.

You may find it a better deal, but I'll take the iPod any day.

Real market, shmeal market. If they're selling as many as they can make, I'm happy.

- Allen

PS: Since when is it a "bother" to own a Mac? I find my Macs much easier to get along with than my PCs. Since you don't use a Mac, you can't develop an informed opinion about it.

Yeah, yeah, yeah! I guess you mean RealNetworks' market audience of the quality unconscious.

"I'zs jest got a PC to look up Internet stuff widt! I done wonna bother wif no ... (ahemm) ... real computer."
