There is a lot of bad management out there. You can pretty much tell what kind of management there is by the kind of customer service that you get.

I'm not saying I could do better--it's a hard job, but if they get management pay they should perform good management. It's better to hire good people and let them work to their capacity than it is to hire cheap people and have to push them all the time.

In my view, a successful result could have been achieved by asking the wheelbarrow people what worked best and working with them on it.
