MTLC Signs LOI To Pruchase 90% Of The Shares Of SUGR Ridgeland, MS, MAR 22, 2002 (EventX/Knobias.com via COMTEX) -- Surg II Inc (OTCBB : SUGR) and Metalclad Corporation (Nasdaq SC: MTLC) announced today in a press release that MTLC and SUGR have entered into a letter of intent which proposes that MTLC purchase approximately 120,150,000 shares of SUGR common stock for $3,000,000. According to the release, if completed, the purchase would give MTLC a 90% interest in SUGR. SUGR shares were inactive in the trading session yesterday.
