Yes, but it is not helping the racial problem in America. A large percentage of African-Americans want reparations, about 51%. Why aren't they getting reparations? Because an overwelming majority of Congress is WHITE. Now, I am not an African American, but I do favor reparations. I believe they will close the racial gap between blacks, whites and other races.
