When WiFi catches on all that idle fibre optic highway will be sucked up as the last mile blockade is leap frogged and the US will be crying for more capacity. Innovation will continue if cos. like MSFT and other future oriented cos. with market savvy are given free reign and not constrained by government suits brought by competitors. I believe that this litigation played no small part in the loss of confidence in the tech market. Confidence is a fragile thing. JFD

So do I, but smaller companies can grow faster than a big one especially one of msft's size. I'll stand by my opinion that unless msft were to break itself into pieces, the company will not grow revenues or earnings like it did at it's peak.
