Not sure about the all time low...but you gotta go back well over a year to find anything in that range

In an article discussing sentiment readings dated September, 2000 there was a reported AAII Bear reading of 7%.
Did not keep the article, but the AAII reading coincided with a P/C .48 and a VIX 21.2 at the time.

I haven't found the AAII poll predictive at extremes like Investors Intelligence and Consensus. I know traders who have spent countless hours futilely trying to uncover something predictive on a historical basis using the AAII poll data. It's most often used as ammunition by bulls and bears to bolster their already preconceived opinions.
