Why is it that INTC is in red ink as well in USA?

Milo, how much does Intel sell those wafers for that they ship to Malasyia for assembly and test? How much do the buy them back for when they return? If you can't answer those questions then why are you making a issue of this?

BTW, considering that AMD had half their Fab30 dedicated to .13u in Q4 of last year, where is all that material? It's been nearly 6 months?
