I don't know. More than "occasional" and less than "constant"?

Back in the 1970s I had a summer job on the Houston Ship Channel. There were frequent spills in the plant, frequent meant several times a day. My job was melting the grease off tanks and supports with a steam hose. When it rained all that sludge washed into the bayou.
