Keith, In case you have not paid much attention to it, the FCC and the European commsiions for Frequency regulation are not the same agency....

Somebody please correct me if I am wrong, but as I understand it, a GSM operator need do nothing significant to upgrade to Ev DO. Same base stations, no need to go to CDMA 2000, or even 1X. A simple jump to full fledged 3G.

Is there a problem?
