Correct. 2nd Amendment. 4th is about search and seizure, search warrants, etc.

And at the time the 2nd Amendment was written, "militia" was understood to mean the male adult population of a state. The usage of the word has changed since then. Which does not change their intent.

And teddy bears are cute. Don't shoot 'em.

Actually, I believe the right to arm bears is the 2nd Amendment, which, BTW sez "A well regulated militia...".
I take it that you are a member of a well regulated (I suppose by either the state or the feds) militia.

Actually Laz is part of the militia by law. So am I. You might want to look in to the federal law covering who is considered a member of the militia. It might surprise you.

Also the 2nd amendment definitely does not say "the right of militia members to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". It says the right of the people.
