I think this is the third VP to leave this year. I guess they are bailing because BLS won't go.

BTW, starting April 15th all Loral employees will be permitted to divest themselves of 10% of the Loral stock in their 401K accounts. This will increase 10% each week until it reaches 100% on June 12th. I assume this is a result of the Enron debacle. I wonder how many millions of shares will be dumped by Loral employees?
