A friend of mine was using your running technique with a wheel barrow full of concrete, and it hit a rut where it immediately stopped. When his knee rammed into the cement laiden barrow he screamed in pain.

Is this a union issue? Who should he file a greivence with? This was about 25 years ago, but the anguish is still deep. He was cheated. <G>
