One doesn't need to use an entire article for information. If you read enough articles about something, and you get one fact from them all, then you can form your own opinion. The article tells you that all the costs aren't being factored in when they figure costs for nukes. other articles tell you the same thing. Foe example, one article said the insurance is subsidized, well, if it wasn't subsidized, they'd still need it, and the costs would have to be passed on.

The point is, there's a lot a lot a lot of discussion on true costs.
What's the real story? Who knows at this point I guess.

I hate to say it, but I believe Mr Bush was in error when he called those South American grenade chuckers "two bit terrorists". Those guys are real and dangerous terrorists.....the two bit terrorist are Dashle, Clinton, Sharpton, Jackson et al.
