"Indeed. And why would anyone who does that object to a category organized around that need?" Don't know. To my knowledge I have never objected to someone who is seeking an understanding of purpose in life. I occassionally see mockery of such seeking but don't remember anyone who has actually expressed objections. I often see objections to people who claim to have accomplished it and organized an explanation for it. Too bad. Sometimes because they see a fundamental flaw, like the person is trying to recruit an ego engrandizing following or some other treacherous self serving motive. Or, maybe because of conflicting loyalties.
