You're welcome! I think Meat-out Day was sometime this week, but I only heard about it online. Supposedly the BK veggie burger rollout was on that day. It doesn't seem to have made the mainstream press, which isn't surprising. Very few meat-eaters acknowledge the incredible health benefits of a meat-free diet, although almost everyone knows that it's a good idea to cut down on red meat. People close their eyes to the dangers of mad cow disease, e coli poisoning, etc., etc. I've even switched my cats to the "Wellness" brand to avoid meat by-products, but most people think that government is somehow protecting our food supply, which it can't possibly do. And it's fascinating to me how many people have a total disconnect between that cute little lamb at the petting zoo and their Easter dinner. :( }=>--------->>>>>
