Well, actually, here's the rub: It was pulse neutron generators that Halliburton sold Libya. They are used for oil exploration........ BUT can ALSO be used for nuclear weapons. So Halliburton prolly wasn't THINKING "Hey, let's sell Libya some nuclear secrets." Nevertheless, it was still against the law. Do ya spoze Clinton was thinking, "Hey, let's sell some nuclear secrets to China"? Or is it just the right wing spin?
