Your last question is the most interesting. My guess is that the Whitewater investigation had probably
just started to "uncover" Monicagate & smelled blood (or oil?) after wasting so many millions on dry wells.

Besides, the world was trying to maintain a relatively peaceful period.....why rock the boat with
international accusations? We've recently made a speedy recovery from that condition.

This is something you ought to pursue wholeheartedly, as there's substantial basis, in fact.

Lots of evidence points to the Communist Chinese influencing and buying our Presidential election and re-election of Cli'ton.

Why? Obviously, because it was in their own political and economic interest.

Of course, they had enough black money contributions to his campaigns to bring him down, if necessary or desirable to do so.

Sympathethic political philosophy? Or blackmail?

In other words, did Clinton take actions favorable to the Chinese Communists because he agrees with them, or because they blackmailed him?
