AM Communications designs, manufactures and markets network monitoring systems, which include hardware and software, to the broadband communications market for cable TV systems. For the 9 months ended 12/29/01, revenues rose 75% to $19.5M. Net income totaled $1.8M, up from $700K. Revenues benefited from the acquisitions of SRS Communications and EDJ Communications.
