I don't recall any particular animus against the Scots, although I'm sure they got in a few insults as they did to virtually everyone else - are you referring to anything specific?

There are a few anti-Scottish jokes around, mainly working on the dour or stingy stereotypes. They're not generally very good. Most English don't bother (which is cocky, I suppose. Tough.)
Of course, there's always the wonderful Dr Johnson (of dictionary fame)...
