As the US returns to its 'natural' size, it starts to draw into the resources that they can control to make the altimeter of the plane in node dive to diminish the rotations.

1) defending the parts of the economy that makes no economic sense via tariff barriers

2) Printing money as long as there are foreign takers

3) Federal spending to avoid deepening of the recession

It is like a tennis player in decadence. It depends on the opponents losing its respect for him. Once the opponents discover that he is not more what he was, he starts being thrashed.

I'm using Peter Sampras in the last 18 months as this analogy.

The writing is on the wall, but it seems that there aren't too many literates to read it!
