Hi Elmat, <<Federal Spending Helping Ease Recession>> Yup, worked in Japan, for 12 years, and still working. I just returned from dinner, discussing the establishment of chain clinics, HMOs, pharma distribution networks, and all kinds of privately funded spending programs on presumably useful services and infrastructure. The flood of money going in to China due to WTO is amazing. I need to get a few more straws stuck into the artery. Govt should be reduced and kept small, preferably almost starving, and out of people's way. Chugs, Jay
