Good advice Wayne, however I'm hoping that even when you're old you can correct mistakes<GGG>.

Since the road is closed to where he wants to go, i.e. the mainstream brokerage business, perhaps that's a good sign that's not where you should go. That environment certainly doesn't provide an honest trustworthy career at the present time. The security provided by the sensible choice in insurance would only become a prison over time.
