at your service.

what a flipping moron. let's all eat a traditional chinese diet and be only five feet tall and have rotten teeth. all this excess meat americans supposedly eat accounts for our larger stature mr cornell lefty dumbshit.

i'd like to ask the stupid professor a question. why is it in the last 30 years red meat consumption is down, cholesterol consumption is down, egg consumption is way down, butter consumption is way down and margarine is way up, meats are leaner, dairy products are low-fat or non-fat, fiber intake is way up, and people are following the propagandist pyramid diet the stupid flipping government pushes on the public. yet...

...obesity is skyrocketing. diabetes is skyrocketing, cardiovascular disease is skyrocketing, cancer and other chronic ailments are pervasive, and children are getting heart attacks and adult-onset diabetes before their teens.

well i'll tell you why you goddamn idiot. it's because of people like you who have your head up your ass; and since you attended some lefty academic institution you are too stupid and arrogant to understand that you might not have any common sense.

hj, just do the opposite of what these idiots tell you.

--butter is a health food.
--eggs are not unhealthy, they are one of the best sources of nutrition money can buy.
--red meat is far more nutritious than rice, pasta, and bread
--full-fat dairy products are more nutritious than low-fat ones.
