I am referring to Limbaugh's comment:

"But the Republican Party holds itself out as the guardian of the Constitution. So, when 11 of its senators cross over to sign this bill most everyone believes to be constitutionally flawed, it is disturbing. When a Republican president agrees to sign it into law – a Republican president who earlier pledged to veto it – it is even more disturbing, especially when in the process he admits the bill is of dubious constitutionality. "

These are, indeed generalizations...

So are my comments, not factual, but a feeble attempt at humor.

I confess no respect for DL. Maybe I'm wrong about ghost-writing, but he's always seemed to me to be coattail commentator with contrived prose and agitprop party line.

In this case, the party line is the "death to CFR" by the right wing of Repubs that he appears to serve religously. These attack dogs offer no remedy, only sensationalist attacks, usually direct toward some form of punishment as their primary satisfaction.
