Joe, as usual, good perceptions. "I can only guess, but I'd say public visibility might have something to do with it." Definitely. Can you imagine what would happen in the States if the FDA was caught doing this sort of thing? The SEC would be all over it. I had thought of making inquiries at the OSC about these leaks from HC: it would be really easy to track who the beneficiaries are. They would probably cough up the leaker info pretty quickly. But then I remembered: OSC !! More toothless and gutless than HC, with a contemptuous disregard for the public interest. Can you say "Yorkton"? Jim
