CURE Based on my research and networking, what I've got was the CEO (Gary Blackford) was too greedy with power and BOD didn't care for it. He resigned but they fired him before his departure date. Of course they had to nudge him with 50K shares. Financials and books are good. Read the HaveBiggerBallsWillTravel and viagravation messages on Yahoo and you'll see. I would say these people know much more than any others on the board. Ask about Medintell, ValueRx, DPS, and you'll see. All these companies were related to Gary and inner circle of friends at some point.

To make long story short, Gary and his friends were too aggressive and greedy for BOD old geezers tastes. They even moved the headquarter to Minneapolis because Gary's family won't move out east. I'm sure his friends won't move either.

Curative has recently settled with SEC, shareholders suit, and closed APEX acquisition with stocks at $18 and some cash. The outlook is very good. Growth is good with 80 cents for 2002. I would say they have 50%-100% growth on revenue yoy. There were couple of financing for stocks at $13 and $15 level.

This is a small company but growing fast in 2 markets: open wounds and special pharmacy services (SPS). Only 10M shares out. Plenty of room to grow into.
