Personally, I think the 72 virgin tenet is ridiculous and I reserve the right to ridicule it at will.

I was untroubled by that as well. The 72 virgin thing has become a standing joke that we associate with suicide terrorists. It's taken on a life of it's own, which has created some separation between it and the religion from which it originated. Rather like jokes about nuns aren't really digs at Catholicism. Of course, I understand that they might not feel that way in Kuwait.

Me, I just think it funny. Actually, there are a whole host of jokes beginning "A priest, minister and rabbi (or Frenchman/Irishman/|Brit/American/) go to the Pearly Gates &...(are on the golf course&...)". PC is something what should be put in the trash can; I see it as fascist, but I think the right wing sees it as a liberal thing. The 2 sides should get together and find a garbage can for political correctness.
