Your in with FRL-v @$.21 for 47,619 shares.

From the chart of FRL we can see the stock has resistance @$.24 it's 50MA. The chart indicators are bearish but the $.20 level looks like a good support line.

An anonymous director reports

FIRELIGHT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES INITIAL ORDER FROM TIME LIFE
Firelight has received an initial order from Time Life Inc. for the Butch
Harmon Ultimate Golf series. The order placed is for VHS as well as DVD
versions of the series, and totals 5,000 sets. Simultaneously, Time Life
Inc. has placed an order for 1,000 of the recently released Putting Insight
training aids. This product features a marked mirror device plus a short
video hosted by Butch Harmon explaining how it can be used to improve
putting skills.
Firelight looks forward to developing a mutually beneficial relationship
with Time Life Inc. in the years to come.

FIRELIGHT ANNOUNCES SERVICES AGREEMENT, RENEWAL OF OPTIONS
Firelight has agreed with Corporate and Advisory LLC (controlled by Phillip
Buckell, a director of Firelight) that it will pay to that company 16,666
common shares per month for six months at a deemed price of 25 cents per
share, for consulting services to Firelight (subject to the approval of the
Canadian Venture Exchange).
Effective March 9, 2002, Firelight renewed stock options for a total of
157,000 common shares granted to Barrie Fraser, Gordon Esplin and HFD
Enterprises Inc. at 27 cents per share for a further term of two years
expiring March 9, 2004.
