Tom

Hint, hint!

"ESSI has plans to apply to a senior exchange. Steps are now being taken to organize that move. A move to a senior exchange combined with increased revenues and an increase in net asset value would allow ESSI to consolidate the industry through targeted acquisitions. ESSI has long been in a unique position to know which companies and individuals are key players in the field of data acquisition and processing. ESSI intends to take advantage of that knowledge when our capitalization plans for the subsidiaries is complete.

We at ESSI are looking forward to a bright future and we want to thank you as shareholders for patiently holding the course with us. We hope to make great strides in 2002.

Larry Vance
Chairman"

Tom,

If you are going to quote my post, please post accurately. This from my previous post - the "you" in bold for emphasis here only:

If you are still losing money on EDIS, Tom,

And as for retooling your stock market techniques, it appears that you really do need to do that. "Long" these days means that you buy the stock before you sell it. As opposed to "Short" which means you did not own the stock at the time you sold it. "Long" could be as long as 5 minutes, depending on market volatility - lol! I have turned EDIS over several times, each time at a profit, and I have been long each time. I do not set out to invest in any of the stocks you ever see me post on. I seek only those with trading potential. Heck, most of them I do not even know what the companies do, claim to be doing, or are supposed to be doing. I trade them all as opportunities come my way. Read a few good threads on SI and get some wisdom.
