Within days after the attack Ashcroft and Bush were on the offensive to make it clear that this was a radical extremist group. They did everything they could to prevent innocent Arabs in this country from being targeted. Also if an American group had done the same damage in the Middle East, every American in the country would have been targeted. Indeed the government's there already do that. You need to get your hatred under control. It's destroying your sense of right and wrong. If Arabs had targeted an inner city black church we would have had race riots in this country between Arabs and blacks. No black leader would have stood up and talked about forgiveness.
