There's no correlation between the two events. Besides we failed in Viet Nam, which fell to the Communists.

Ann there is absolutely zero correlation between the war in Viet Nam and the fall of the Soviet Union. You must really be reading a lot of propaganda from the war machine. In actuality, the war in Afghan affected the Soviets a lot more. It is funny that you ascribe to all these theories that the US caused the Soviets to spend itself broke but the same doesn't hold for us?
