James, Do you recall a Bill Harmond? You may recall I was showing feedback numbers from eBay last fall during the holiday season. Bill said I needed to scale. At that time, we were receiving transaction feedbaks at the rate of 80 per month. One week we did 30. Bill does not at all seem interest but during non holiday season we have increase 1000% plus. Not bad scaling without selling below cost or providing free shipping. cgi2.ebay.com Maybe some day I will learn what all the top paid multi-million dollar management at Amazon knows. Then I can give a way shipping for free for purchases over $100.00??? The reverse of that plan works well. Make shipping high enough but the shipping does not increment with added product so one feels they get more for their shipping money by spending more.
